Registration fees are non-refundable. Cancellations received more than 14 days before the session date are eligible for a transfer to a future session or to another participant. Cancellations received within 14 days of the session date are non-transferable.

Non-attendance without prior notice is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If Atelier cancels a session due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
