Atelier Mental Health Literacy + Facilitation is a Canadian training and facilitation business operating from the Lower Mainland in British Columbia. We deliver workplace mental health training programmes nationally. Our contact for all privacy matters is hello@ateliermhl.ca.

When you register for a course or submit an inquiry through our website, we collect the information you provide - typically your name, email address, phone number, and organisation name. We collect this information only to respond to your inquiry, process your registration, and communicate with you about programmes and upcoming sessions.

Certificates of Participation are issued directly by the Mental Health Commission of Canada through Opening Minds. Atelier facilitates your registration and coordinates your participation - the MHCC is the certifying body and manages certificate issuance independently.

We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what you voluntarily share with us. We do not collect health or medical information.

We use your information to:

• Respond to course inquiries and booking requests

• Process registrations and payments

• Coordinate your participation details with Opening Minds for the purpose of certificate issuance through the Mental Health Commission of Canada

• Send you information about upcoming sessions if you have requested it

• Meet our obligations as a registered training provider

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver the service.

By registering for a course or providing your information through this website, you consent to its collection and use as described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at hello@ateliermhl.ca. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to deliver services to you.

Your information is stored securely. We use Squarespace for our website and Stripe for payment processing, both of which maintain industry-standard security practices. We do not store payment card information. Stripe handles all payment processing directly.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver the services you have requested and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you would like your information removed from our records, contact us at hello@ateliermhl.ca and we will action your request promptly.
